It has come to our attention, from numerous sources, that our jewelry has made such an impression, on some individuals, they have been prompted to "copy" our designs and sell those designs as their own.  As the old saying goes,

"Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery". 

Well, even though we are flattered, we would ask those individuals to remember that this "act" is  not ethical.  We would love to think we inspired them to create new pieces that were mostly their own designs, with possibly a little influence from us. We appreciate the flattery but, would prefer a little less.

Please remember, we are US copyright protected, as are all individual designs, once published on the internet.

This act is punishable by law, and if necessary we will pursue those individuals personally.

We must remind all, that the basis for our  jewelry is "One-of-a-kind" designs! 

Help us maintain that philosophy and enable us to continue to bring joy to women throughout the world.
